This is a 44 bed skilled nursing facility offering individualized care to the elderly and disabled to include secured memory care. Services offered include Skilled Nursing Services, Alzheimer's/Dementia Unit, Home Health, Tracheotomies, Hospice Services Contract, IV Therapy, In-House Mental Health Contracted Services, Respite Care, Skilled Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech, and Tube Feeding.
We are a VA Contracted facility. We are affiliated with Rosewood Court Assisted Living. Community education on various topics affecting the elderly/disabled is also available.
The facility also offers various types of equipment on a loan basis to residents of the local area. Items included are walkers, wheelchairs, commodes, canes, and other pieces of equipment dependent upon availability. To borrow equipment, call or write the Social Services Director. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
