The Arc, Upper Valley is a membership organization made up of people with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families, interested citizens, and professionals in the disability field. Together, they form approximately 1,000 state and local chapters of The Arc and the largest volunteer organization in the United States devoted solely to working on behalf of people with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families through advocacy and public awareness.
