Family Caregiver Support Program (North Dakota)

The North Dakota Family Caregiver Support Program funded under the Older Americans Act provides for a system of support services to help family caregivers of an older adult 60+ and grandparents and other relative caregivers who are 60+ and caring for grandchildren 18 and under, to maintain their caregiving role.
