Weatherization Programs, Home Rehabilitation, Self Sufficiency, Emergency Food Pantry, Clothing Closet/Donation Center, Shelter Plus Care, Tri-State HELP, Energy Share, Security Deposits,Tenant Based Rental Assistance, Backpacks for Kids, Individual Development Account.
Programs vary regarding eligibility based on federal and state regulations, however the majority of programs are based on income. There are no fees for services through Community Action. The Shelter Plus Care Program and Tri-State HELP Program provide assistance to eligible participants across North Dakota.
