Must complete application through DD Case Management for DD services, through CSSB and through West Central Human Service Center. Pride, Inc. is a licensed and accredited service provider. Services are provided in Bismarck-Mandan, Stanton, Hazen, Beulah, and Center, but can be provided throughout Region VII. Services offered include: Day Supports, Supported Employment Program, Individualized Supported Living Arrangement and Supported Living Arrangement, Group Home Facilities, Family Support Services (Respite, Supportive Home Care), Personal/Attendant Care, Homemaker Services, Home Health Aide Service, Transitional Living Services, Wrap-around Case Aide Services, In-Home Senior Support, Adult Day Care - Center Based, Basic Care Facility: Redwood Village, Pride, Wilton, and Heritage Recovery Center. The Dickinson Office is located at 11 2nd Ave E Ste A, Dickinson, ND 58601. Pride is open on an as needed basis.
