Dakota at Home is South Dakota's Aging and Disability Resource Center. Dakota at Home provides free objective information, referral, and assistance to individuals regardless of age, disability, income, or resources. Our trained staff will help identify the public and private long-term services and supports you need to continue living at home in your South Dakota community.

- Designed to assist individuals with disabilities, aging individuals and caregivers

Dakota at Home operational hours are M-F 8-5 Central time, excluding state holidays. Voicemail and online referrals are accessible 24/7. Dakota at Home is a service of the South Dakota Department of Human Services.
