Description:

We have several support and service options designed with you in mind. The caregiver support line is a toll free number for Careviers, Veterans and/or Community Partners to call for supportive counseling, information, education, referral to community local resources and/or Caregiver Support Coordinators. There is a monthly caregiver support line education call focusing on strategies to enhance resilience and restore balance. Our Peer Support Mentoring Program matches Caregivers with peer mentors. Building Better Caregivers is a 6 week online interactive workshop for Caregivers who are caring for someone with dementia, memory problems, PTSD, TBI or any other serious injury or illness.
